Sweets for my sweet

Cookies for Carlo's birthday.
I made them with the kids, with my mum's recipe ;)

THE RECIPE:

- 2 eggs
- 500 gr. flavour;
- 200 sugar;
- 1 cup sunflower oil;
- 8 gr baking powder;


Mix all the ingredients, then roll out the dough to 5 mm thick, cut with cookies shapes.
Put in the oven at 180º C for about 15 mins.
We choose to decorate our cookies with icing (mix the white part of an egg with 80 gr icing sugar).
